ive bought the product key and its saying soming about scenery fail , and yesterday it was saying product key disabled any ideas.

Are you having problems installing the sim for the first time? If so, attach a copy of the installer log.txt from the desktop after seeing this issue.

These are two problems that can occur, but they have entirely different solutions and need different information from you.
