Can't download Control Pad off App store

Question

Been trying for days but keep getting "Unable to Download App. X-Plane Control Pad could not be downloaded at this time."

Using my ipad OS 10.3.3

Hi knightracing,

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.

I am of the opinion that your problem is with the Apple Store where you tried to purchase/download the App.  It is a 3rd party product.

This forum is for questions and answers related to the use and operation of the X-Plane software and is not even an area to ask questions related to Laminar Research.

Laminar Research can be contacted at [email protected]   I am pretty sure the person who responds to your question will also advise you to contact the Apple store as it is a 3rd party product
