XPlane 11.x and latest Beta aircraft elevators move (up/down) whilst parked and no engines running

Question

XPlane 11.x including the latest Beta aircraft exhibit the following anomaly:

When XPlane AI is enabled, XPlane 11 aircraft elevators physically move (up/down) whilst parked with no engines running?

I cant say thanks enough to Lawson Laslo  who was kind to offer several suggestions however, further testing confirmed the issue appears to be related to enabling XPlane 11's AI feature.  When I remove ALL AI the elevators (Cessna, 737's and the like) do not move unless actions are evoked via controllers.

Note: 

No add-ons are loaded in either XPlane 11.x or Beta version

Saitek Controllers (Yoke and Pedals) are physically disconnected.

Please advise.  All suggestions are indeed greatly appreciated.

You see the elevator moving on it's own on your own aircraft, or on the AI aircraft? I had 3 AI enabled and did not see any elevator movement on the default C172 I was using.

Not on AI. Exhibits the behavior on Xplane 11 native aircraft and any purchased aircraft such as IXEG etc.
