Not received my Serial Number Key

Question

I bought the X-Plane 10 yesterday and never received my Serial number key!

I have checked my Spam box too, nothing about the serial key.I just have a Screenshot of the receipt of my purchase.

Tried to e-mail the situation to [email protected] , no response from them :(

Am I the first one, who gets this problem?

It's possible there was a typo in your email address. Does your screenshot not have the key listed as well? With the screenshot you should have info like order number so you can email [email protected] to get the key if needed.
