disc 2 doesnt run when you insert durind installation

i already installed the disc 1, tbe installer ask me to insert the disc 2 , when i do nothing happens it doesn't run

I have exactly the same problem.  I even let the thing run all night, hoping that it was just slow.

Please double check that the correct disc was inserted. X-Plane will not warn you if it is not the one it wants.

That is not it.  I ran through all of the discs.  After Disc 1, nothing grabs.

On the hopeful assumption that my discs are somehow defective, how do I return them?
