READING NEW SCENERY FILES: CRASH!

Dears, good morning!
I have been using X Plane 11 for about 3 months. I've had some problems that I've solved with internet searches and support forums.
However, yesterday when opening the simulator via STEAM, it upgraded to version 11.20, without which I had authorized such an update. The update was automatic.
Since then the simulator does not open completely. It starts in the main screen, I choose to start a new flight, I choose the aircraft and the aerodrome, the simulator begins to load until the phase "reading new scenery files". Then it closes unexpectedly and a windows warning window appears saying that xplane.exe has closed and that the problem will be sent to Microsoft.
Has anyone else been through such an experience?
How to solve?

I could not send the LOG.TXT for not having found the insert file button.

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.
