Can I get a refund on a plane that doesn't work on X-plane 11

Recently purchase the khamsin-T28C. It won't show up in X-Plane 11. I have it in the aircraft folder with all the rest. I would like to get a refund so that I can purchase a plane that will work.

I'm not with Laminar Research, just a fellow simmer in the UK and you may remember that we have corresponded on this matter before.

Unfortunately you will not get an answer to your specific question here, as this Q&A forum is for simmers looking for guidance on XP11 from other members of the flight sim community.

As I believe that you purchased the Khamsin-T28C aircraft from the X-Plane.org site, you will have to refer your question back to them directly, which I believe you can do at [email protected].
