Refund planes from xplanestore

Question

Hi

I just bought the 777 worldliner. When i used it in à game xplane crashes and the plane is buggy i cant click on the most Common Buttons like the landinggear and autopilot. Is it any chance to refund the plane ?

You need to contact X-Plane.org the seller of the 3rd party software.
