Bought 11, but my vendor only supports 10, so do I have that also?

I purchased X11, but Carendo's model only supports 10.  So I need 10.  But I don't have a key for xplane 10.

Do I/can I get this older version without purchasing it separately?  My 11 key will not allow for the install of xplane 10.

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.

X-Plane 11 and X-Plane 10 are totally different packages just like a toyota car and a mercedes car.  What aircraft have been developed for one system may not run on the other system.

You will have to purchase a X-Plane 10 package to run your selected aircraft. The XP10 package can be found at the following link   https://www.x-plane.com/?s=purchase+X-Plane+10  

A word of warning.  If and when you do purchase XP10 make sure you do not mix XP10 files with your existing XP11 files.  Create a new directory and make sure it is on the desktop or on a dedicated drive.  Never mix into your operating system files
