Randomly in flight, it can happen after 30 minutes or even a few hours, the sim pauses and audio stops for a second (never had audio stop on me before) than everythigng resumes for a second and than it just crashes. It happens in any aircraft (I tried Zibo, defualt 172, Aerobask DR401, ASDG PA-18 and Felis Yak-40)

I got back into X-Plane after few month long brake and it all worked fine before, I deleted all plugins I have installed after the brake and deleted my preferences, but it still happens.

Lastly in the long there is nothing about why it crashed, only that it crashed. One thing I find weird in the log is that there is a lot of stuff about ATC even though I never use it and also never use AI aircraft, what's that all about?http://questions.x-plane.com/?qa=blob&qa_blobid=5771054656456763945

Even if you do not have any AI aircraft enabled, ATC has to be ready to interact with you at all times. The last lines of the log look like airport flow changes, probably due to weather changes.

If it comes up, be sure to fill out & send the auto crash report form.

This log still shows a lot of add ons installed. It could be one of them, or there are some common crashes that we see happen from time to time that don't have good steps to reproduce them. Unless a crash has specific steps that cause it every time, it's nearly impossible to investigate.

I have sent the report form first few times, however it happens way too often at random moments with no clues as to why it crashes. It is frustrating as it usually crashes after about an hour so it's really difficult to test whether something helped or not and as you said it's nearly impossible to investigate. I am mostly just asking in case somebody had similar issue, I guess I just have to keep removing addon after addon to see when it finally stops crashing.
