X plane 64 bit demo crashes on windows 8 every time but 32 bit seems to work fine, how can I use 64 bit?

The 32 bit version crashed a couple of times but ultimately worked.  The 64 bit version will not load at all, its crashed about 10 times in a row.  Also the 3d cockpit does not work.  Is it supposed to not work in demo mode?

Please upload a copy of your log.txt file. Start X-Plane and run until the crash, then immediately attach your log.txt from the main X-Plane folder. Does your computer meet the required minimum specs?
