ATC is not working AT ALL

Question

I have the latest X-Plane 11-25 release. Since this update I cannot use ATC at all.

When I open ATC, the ATC box does not pop up as before, only a text box pops up instead!

Any solution to fix this bug ?

If multiplayer is enabled, the enter key becomes a chat box. Go to Settings > network and use the Reset Networking Configuration to turn off all networking.
