My XPlane hangs/crashes during every flight I make. Please help. (no insert button to attach log file).

Recommend renaming X-Plane 11\Output\Preferences folder, starting XPlane and let it rebuild. Could be something "stuck" in there. You didn't say how it crashed so that's all I got: eg crash to desktop, get an error message of some sort, fire and sparks jump out of your CPU, or wheel bearing and jet fuel spray out of your screen.
