Trying to purchase a 737 and it’s stuck and just says buying. What do I do?

Apple support wasn’t able to help. Said to contact you. The 737 just says buying and won’t unlock. It’s also happening on the king air C90

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.

You should be taking your problem to the 3rd party reseller of the product you are purchasing.  

This site is for flight simmers having problems with the running of X-Plane and not for the problems you describe.
