Problems with X-Plane 10 activation

Dear Sir or Madam,

I bought X-Plane 10 GLOBAL version 10.25 some years ago, and my disk 1 doesn't activate the full game anymore. I suppose it's due to the wear of the disk after so many years of use, since every time that Windows did an update I had to re-activate the game again. I look foward to hearing from you some solution, because I don't know what to do.

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.

Like you I have a disc version of xp10.  I invested in a USB dongle that acts as a substitute for disc 1 .  Details can be found at https://www.x-plane.com/product/x-plane-10-home-use-usb-key/

Alternatively contact Laminar Research at [email protected] to arrange a replacement disc.
