Scenery won't install; says I don't have disk access even though I am administrator - what next?

Never was able to install any scenery. Selected N. America to start, and went from disk 1 to disk 3. Disk stalled and then gave me the error message.

What you have described regarding your problem provides no information at all.

What is the error message?  More importantly attach the log.txt file which is generated immediately after you shut down or your system crashes.
