I have a brand new Saitek switch panel that is not working or registering. How can I fix this?

I am running X-Plane 11 on a MacBook Pro 2018. It only has USB-C ports so I did get an adapter. Again all my other attachments work flawlessly(yoke, Rudders, Mixture, Throttle, Prop Pitch are all working perfect), but for some reason my Switch Panel won't even register. I have read that I need to download a "Drive" but from where? is it IOS compatible? Why are these "Drives" or "Downloads not being provided by X-Plane for IOS while they are for Windows?

My panels have been working correctly (with the xplane 11 xsatiek 2.75 plug in) until the 11.35beta upgrade. However, now the lights switches won't activate any lights on any of the aircraft i.e. landing, strobe, nav, etc.. All other switches work...

Any thoughts???
