I want to create my own weather scenarios. I've got the custom metar file sorted, I understand how that works and I've got it configured how I want, but it doesn't have any data for winds aloft.
I've read this KB article:

I appreciate that's written for XP10 so I'm unsure if it still applies?
Does XP11 read the winds.rwx file? If so, how do I properly configure it because I can't get it to work, even using the example in the KB article.
