Can i move my install from Mac to a PC

I recently purchased X-Plane 11 for Mac, but it will not run at sufficient frame rate on the Mac, probably because

it as the Radeon 575 graphics with 5K screen, if i purchase a more powerful Windows PC can i move my  license

to that, or do i have to purchase another license for PC
