You are on the wrong website. Laminar Research is only the developer and seller of the software (X-Plane) that your nephew has already. They are not the reseller of any third party products.
However there is another 3rd party reseller of many items marketed for x-plane use only that has an extremely similar name website to X-Plane.com This site will definately solve your problem. I understand if you act quickly (this weekend) you may get some good deals. Have a look at https://store.x-plane.org/ and then click on the appropriate tab at the top of the page.
