I am using the iPad Pro 10.5 inch and when I double tap nav to modify the waypoints it lets me turn the smaller knob in the Right side (letter select) but not the big knob (letter position select). Don’t recall if I had this issue on iPhone but have tried numerous views to try and use it and it only turns the smaller knob
