How can I buy second digital copy of X-plane 11 when I have a very slow connection

Hi

I am spending winter in Mexico.  I have a very slow internet connection (usually only 2-3 meg/sec).   If I try to download a digital copy it will take days and I am fairly certain the download will probably fail.

I already have 8  X-plane 11 disks which I bought from you previously.

can i use the disks to install, and buy an activation key?  any other ideas or suggestions.  Courier to here iv very expensive, and not a good option.

Hi Terry,

I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer.

My understanding is that the digital and disc versions don't mix.

The bad news is that if you did have the digital version you have to be connected to the internet at all times.  I also understand that there is some silent background checks performed to ascertain you have a genuine copy

The good new is that with the boxed set you can run X-Plane to your heart's content but you have to have disc 1 plugged into the DVD drive at all times.
