How do I retrieve a FP from the FMS folder in the Output folder into the FMS?

How do I retrieve a FP from the FMS folder in the Output folder into the FMS of the aircraft that I am flying?

There appears to be no way to chose a FP from this folder in the interface of the X-Plane 11.

Can you confirm which aircraft and which navigation system you are referring to i.e. G430, G530, G1000 or other?
