B777 worldliner wont add fuel from either menu

Question

Im new to this sim and but I fly the B777 but I cant get any fuel into this plane on the sim.  I use the menu and add fuel and nothing happens no matter what i enter.  if i go to the file menu then weight and balance menu to add fuel it is the same thing.  I dont know what else to do.  any ideas?

Usually there is a map-out of the plane doors to the right side of the menu. They made it look like a drawing for some reason, Click on the middle front doors and then load it.
