Why won't X-Plane 10 update (either running installer only or from X-Plane 10) in Windows 10?

Permission denied due to access denied and path shown is F22 Raptor folder.  I am logged in as the administrator

Do not install X-Plane in the Program Files folder. It will prevent you from installing and/or cause issues with updates later on. Install to the desktop. More information (including how to fix it) here.
