I'm on a Mac and I've never seen this automatic crash reporter... is this only a PC thing? I keep getting crashes and I don't know if they are just getting sent to Laminar automatically.  I do get the crash report that says "Send it to Apple" but I'm not sure that's the reporter xplane talks about.

Hi ClimbVx

I'm not with Laminar Research, just a fellow simmer in the UK, but if I understand this correctly, the Automatic Crash Reporter (ACR) is a program that X-Plane runs itself automatically, if X-Plane 11 crashes for any reasons.

Output from the ACR is placed in the C:\X-Plane 11\Output\crash_reports folder and I do not believe that any reports are sent to LR directly at this stage.

Following that, if you are experiencing crashes of this sort and they are related to X-Plane 11 and not any MAC hardware or software issues, then you have the opportunity of sending LR a bug report along with a copy of your crash report at the following URL http://dev.x-plane.com/support/bugreport.html

If anyone else with more knowledge of such matter wishes to chip in here, please feel free?
