What is basically the content of the X-plane binary.prf file?

Question

For troubleshooting purposes I'd like to know what is the information content of this preferences file. If I remove my usual file, I have no issues a specific airplane. If I move the file back, a certain function is not working anymore.

The binary file has no information that is human readable or editable. It can be deleted if you're clearing out preferences and X-Plane will put it back.
