My interpretation of your question is you now want to download X-Plane using your new email address. My understanding is that if your old email is still live you can download the software. If that won't work then you need to make direct contact with Laminar at [email protected] or [email protected] stating the information you have supplied in your question to make the changes
Unfortunately you won't receive as answer in this forum from Laminar Research.
