X-Plane 11 Digital Key

Question

I have problem with XP11 digital key. When I run X-Plane 11, LR ask me to enter digital key. When I enter the key, it says that my key is disabled. I have XP11 for over a year, so my key is ok.

I'm not with Laminar Research, just a fellow simmer in the UK, but if you are having problems with your product key for a genuine and valid digital copy of X-Plane 11 purchased directly from LR's website, then please click on the following link for assistance:-

If you purchased your copy of X-Plane 11 from another third party supplier, you will have to seek support from them.

I am not from Laminar Research either; just a flight simmer from downunder.

When you tried to run X-Plane after some period of "mothballs" were you connected to the internet.

When running a digital download you have to be connected to the internet at all times.  The software performs a silent background verification that you have a genuine and legal copy.  If there is some doubt the system shuts down.

In your situation there is significant time difference between the last time of using X-Plane and the current date.
