Hi Will62,
I am not from Laminar Research; just a flight simmer from downunder.
Provided you have a genuine disc version from Laminar Research you need to contact them direct at i[email protected] and explain your situation in seeking a  replacement for a damaged disc.  Replacement DVDs can be made available at a cost.  Have a look at the following link found at https://www.x-plane.com/product/x-plane-10-replacement-disks/  Nothing will be organised for a replacement from Laminar Research until you make contact direct with them.
If you have a disc version from Aerosoft (licenced from Laminar Research to sell the DVDs) you may need to contact them in the first instance.  Details should be on the packaging.
As a side issue are you aware the final issue or update for version 10 is 10.52.
Why not consider a complete upgrade to X-Plane 11.  The current version is 11.32.
Regards
Glenn
