How do I install x plane 11 on a new computer after already installing it on an old computer that doesn't work?

I installed x plane 11 on my laptop, but it does not work properly, probably because of the system requirements.  I am currently looking for a new computer which will accommodate the program.  Will I be able to reinstall the program on my new computer?

There should not be any problems with a new computer. You can download or copy the content of X-Plane folder to a new computer.
