I am not with Laminar Research; just a flight simmer from downunder.
It is always dangerous to announce your private email address in any forum.
In relation to your problem and provided you have purchased your version of X-Plane from Laminar Research and not the steam 3rd party hybrid (modified) version of x-plane or another reseller then you need to make direct contact with Laminar Research at email@example.com You will not receive an answer from Laminar in this forum. It is a private issue.
In doing so you need to provide full details of your purchase including when and method of payment so that they can trace your original purchase. Your receipt number suggests to me you have acquired your product from another reseller other than Laminar Research.
If your version is a steam version then you need to contact your steam reseller.
As it is now the weekend don't expect a response until it is Monday in the USA.
