FF a320 is acting weird

Hello guys.

I bought the flight factor a320. It is good animated and has good systems. But 95% x plane 11 crashes in the loading screen. Is my a320 broken ?

I'm not with Laminar Research, just a fellow simmer in the UK, but could you please confirm what type of 'crash' you mean?

1. X-Plane 11 crash back to desktop (CTD)

2. Total PC crash to blue screen of death (BSOD)

Any such crash could be software related, but could more often be hardware related.

Please therefore could you confirm the specification of your PC:-

1. CPU - central processor unit

2. GPU - graphic processor

3. PSU - power supply unit wattage

4. RAM memory

Hello thanks for reading back

When the a320 crashes I sometimes get the blue screen, other times only get back to the desktop.

 1.I got a Core i5 7th gen Cpu

2. i think a geforce gtx from nvidia

3. 19V    6.32 A

4.7,89 ram
