How can I fix a problem were I can't turn off the standby power and battery switch in the Boing 737-800?

When ever I try to turn off the 737 I can't seem to get the battery and standby power switch of, How do I fix this?

I'm not with Laminar Research, just a fellow simmer in the UK.

Can I assume that you are referring to the two switches shown in the photo below, which are the battery and standby power switches in the default Boeing 737-800 (X-Plane 11.35 release)?

Both switches are shown in the 'OFF' position!

Please note that LR made quite a number of changes to the default Boeing 737-800 in the 11.35 release, so please ensure that you have updated your version of X-Plane accordingly.

What i mean is that when their on and I try to put them in the off position I can't do that.
