Licence missing or not found

I have not used X-Plane for months now I can't  update. I bought the download version were can I get a copy of my License or do I need to buy a new one

I'm not with Laminar Research, just a fellow simmer in the UK.

If you purchased a digital download of XP11 from LR's website, then you should have also received an email with your Product Key clearly stated on it.

If you can't now find the email that was sent to you, then you will have to contact LR again by email at the following address https://www.x-plane.com/support/key-recovery/
