How do i get vatsim?

Hi guys

I decided to get vatsim.  It sounds like a hole lot of fun but I am not sure how to get it on to my simulator.  What i mean is do i have to get any other mods or stuff like that to get it on X-plane 11?  My second question is how do i get it on the simulator.  those are my two questions about getting vatsim thanks.

The answers remain the same.  You need a plug-in, I recommend “Xsquawkbox”.  Since that time, there is now one more required download, “Audio for VATSIM”.  It’s not a plug-in but a software on your computer:
