No machine ID

Question

Hi there when i start xplane up is says that it cant find a machine id but i can use xplane as long as i have the dvd in and gives me this link

I recently bought a new harddrive an re installed xplane 10 and updated it to version 10.45

This happens sometimes when the internet connection isn't working, even if you have DVDs and don't need the internet to us X-Plane. We've fixed this issue for 10.50 so once it is final you shouldn't see this again.
