I am attempting to install a new purchase of X-Plane on a brand new Windows 10 machine. The install proceeds normally to the download step. It appears to download a couple of files, then hangs. It eventually returns an error message: "Unable to download. Please check your internet connection.... Unable to download from server Highwinds CDN."

I have disabled the Windows firewall and built-in anti-virus without success.

I forgot to mention that I have a high-speed FIOS connection that is working fine -- speeds up and down testing at 60-70 Mbps.
