Multi Monitor XP 11

Question

will you be able to drag windows over and resize. I have two computers. Can I run 4 monitors on say one computer and have multiple windows or will I need to have 2 computers...two copies of xplane 11 and jump thru all those hoops..ip stuff like before...

This is discussed briefly in our video on the new UI (at about 4:40). We have redone how multimonitors work for v11 based on a lot of feedback we've gotten over the years with v10. We'll have more specific information later on as we're planning to do a feature on it on our site.
