Your log shows you're using an integrated Intel video card, and in general, those are not very powerful. I would suggest turning rendering settings down. You can start X-Plane in safe mode if it is crashing due to rendering settings by starting with the shift key pressed down.
You should also probably try removing all plugins to see if that helps. If it does, you can add them back in one at a time to find the culprit.
