Installation error

Question

I have tried to install X-Plane 10 and have just purchased this.  Right after I run the installer and enter my product key I get an "Error2:404" error and am instructed to contact support.  I am running Windows 10.

We discovered a problem with our server file today but believe we have repaired it. People had noticed issues trying to update to 10.51.

Please try to install again, and if you still encounter problems, quit the installer and attach a copy of the installer log.txt found on the desktop. Let us know the country you're in as well.

Just to let you know that I had the same problem and can say I have successfully updated to 10.51r2....thanks to all involved.
