X-Plane 10 safe for Windows 10?

Hello.

I hve been using X-Plane 10 with the latest updates with with the Saitek Yoke, Power Quadrant, Pedals, and Trim Wheel.  It has been working great until I upgraded my PC from Win 8.1 to Win 10.  After I upgraded and installed the Win 10 drivers, X-Plane 10, either runs very slow or crashes every time. Because of this, I reverted the upgrades back and I am still on Win 8.1, when it runs great.

When X-Plane 10 would be safe for Win 10?  Is there anything I need to install to make X-Plane 10?

We're not aware of any outstanding issues that would prevent you from using Windows 10.

A few questions to troubleshoot the problem:

• Are you using the latest graphics card driver? (Older drivers are known to be buggy under Windows 10.)
• Have you tried removing any third-party aircraft/scenery/plugins to see if those are causing the problems?
• What specific error messages do you get when it crashes?

Additionally, if you'll upload your Log.txt file, it might give us a hint as to what's going on.

If your computer meets the minimum requirements for Windows 10, then X-Plane 10 should run just fine, where it requires, at the minimum Dual Core, 2.5 GHz or faster, 4 GB of RAM, a video card with at least 1 GB of VRAM. For the best experience, the recommend system specs is a Quad Core, 3.0 GHz or faster processor, 16-20 GB of RAM, a high-performance, DirectX 11-capable video card with at least 4 GB of on-board, dedicated VRAM.
