Error 5:20001

Question

Trying to install X-Planes 11 I have purchased but getting all the time "Error 5:20001" massage.

From the log file:

Does this continue to happen if you try at a later time? What country are you located in?

It happened several times on 2 computers. I will try today again.

I do have the same issue from the Netherlands.

Have also installed the latest installer. No luck so far. Any help would be appreciated.
