Cannot connect to server during install

Question

Hi,

I'm unable to install X-Plane 11 because it can't connect to the server during the install process. I can access the internet fine from the machine. It re-directs me to the following page which will also not load:

http://lookup.x-plane.com/_lookup_11_/installer_support_400.html

Are the servers down?

Hi J,

Sounds like things are working again. Is the link working now as well? I just clicked on it and got the support page at X-Plane.com.
