I keep getting the error message, "Could not authenticate server using CA certificates."

Question

When first installing c plane, I received the error message and after the installation process was finished, I tried to fix the problem by updating x plane and it still did not work. What do I do to fix the problem?

For a start attach your log.txt file so others with a greater knowledge base than me can have a good look for your problem rather than just advising of your problem via your question heading.  The file can be found immediately after a crash or shut down.
