X-Plane 10 Won't Activate

Question

Hi,

I have version 10.51r2 but cannot activate the product. After copying-and-pasting the serial number into the text box on the activation window the 'Next' button can be selected and flashes green momentarily but no further.

This occurs with the Manual and Automatic activation options.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Hi Hugh,

It sounds like you're trying to activate a payware plane. X-Plane does not have manual and automatic activation options for the digital download key. Please double check what aircraft you have loaded and look for an email from purchasing it that should have a serial number or code.
