I bought X-plane 11 (through PayPal) some hours ago and never received a confirmation email with the product key. The only email I got was from PayPal and it was a receipt. I emailed them as soon as I realized I didn't get it and have tried calling the number but it goes to voicemail without ringing first. Any ideas?

Due to X-Plane 11 being in beta, our customer service volume has been quite a bit higher than normal so it is taking more time to respond to help requests.

Did you receive a confirmation email from Laminar Research/ X-Plane? In the email it should list the product key.

You could also email info@x-plane.com with the email address used to make the purchase and they could look it up.
