where is X-plane 10 manual?

I'm a new user of X-Plane 10. Where is the manual?

Also when I go the the X-Plane.com website I have difficulty getting past the X-Plane 11 splash screen. There must be some way to get past this into the main website?

Ok, I found the manual in the XP folder as a PDF. However there's no table of contents that I can see for this 158 page document...
