not Launch x plane 11

After the last update made 01/06/2017, the flight will not start giving me the following error

-I launched the upgrade again
-Updated The video card

Still not working

PB4 has been pulled from LR's servers due to this issue. Please run the installer & update to roll back to PB3 which still works.
