Xplane 11 application not supported

Question

I have just installed the new update for xplane 11 but i cannot play now. Windows pop-up says this application can't run on your pc. To find a version for your pc, check with the software publisher.

I am running windows 8.1 at lenovo y510p

I solved it by running xplane installer.exe and clicking update. Click overwrite folder when asked
